The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 17-year-old male, Curtis HARPER. HARPER was last seen on Tuesday, March 24, 2015, in the North End area of Winnipeg.
HARPER is described as: Aboriginal, 5’11” tall, approximately 130 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black “Puma” hoody, blue jeans and blue and orange Air Jordan shoes.
Police are concerned for HARPER’S wellbeing and are asking anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250
