On Friday, April 3, 2015, at 5:10 p.m., the Toronto Police Service received a call for a stabbing in the Spadina Avenue and Dundas Street West area.
It is alleged that:
– a man repeatedly stabbed another man in the face, on the neck and upper body
– the man fled the scene
– the man was located a short time later
Tuan Van Ha, 50, of Toronto, was arrested and has been charged with:
1) Attempt Murder
2) Carry Concealed Weapon
3) Possession of a Weapon
He appeared in court at Old City Hall on Saturday, April 4, 2015, 10 a.m., room 101.
