On Tuesday December 21, 2010 at 6:50 PM London Police responded to a fire at 363 Hilton Ave. Smoke could be seen coming from under the door way of one of the units. Other tenants in the building were evacuated and the fire extinguished. Damage was confined to a single unit and is estimated at $5000. There were no injuries in this fire.
Police have arrested and charged 42 year old Clement Armstrong of London with arson and resist arrest. Armstrong is the occupant of the unit where the fire originated.
