The latest move by one of the occupiers of Oregon's Malheur National Wildlife Refuge came on February 16, 2016 when Shawna Cox, shown in this booking photo provided by the Multnomah County Sherriff's Office:

If you read the entire eight page document, you will find that, among other things, Ms. Cox claims that she was subject to:

1.) malicious prosecution.

2.) unlawful detainment and seizure.

3.) subject to RICO racketeering efforts that were organized against her.

4.) her right to assemble and freedom of speech were interfered with.

5.) criminal negligence.

6.) organized attempted execution/murder of a witness and informant and co-wintness and co-informant.

7.) foreign agents operating subversively within the United States including State and Federal Bar Associations, IMF agents and Blackstone mercenaries.

Ms. Cox claims that she "…came to the assistance of economically vulnerable individuals who were being harassed, threatened, intimidated, persecuted and incarcerated by arrogant, narcissi (sic) Federal Government officials who have organized together to highjack and steal our Constitutional form of government from the people of the United States of America.  I came to assist the people of the states that were derived from the Northwest Territories, to address the fraud involving lands that were defrauded from them, by organized efforts of individuals within Federal and State Governments."

Here is the last page of the court document:

Here is the key paragraph, outlining Ms. Cox's claim for damages:
"I am asking for criminal and civil penalties for the perpetrators that subjected me and my witnesses to the crimes that I have identified herein.  I Claim (sic) I (sic) and the others involved in these actions have suffered damages from the works of the devil in excess of $666,666,666,666.66 six hundred sixty six billion, six hundred and sixty six million, six hundred and sixty six thousand, six hundred sixty six dollars and sixty six cents."

If you read through the entire document, you will also notice that she regularly refers to the "Northwest Territories".  In fact, here is the area that was formally known as the Northwest Territories which does not include Oregon:

Ms. Cox was arrested on January 26, 2016 and released with conditions that include the wearing of a GPS monitor and is not allowed to possess or control a weapon while under home detention and that she not have contact with the other co-defendants in this case.
