On Sunday, December 2, 2007, at 1:21 a.m., police received a 9-1-1 call, from a townhouse complex at 110 Empringham Drive, for a shooting.
Pierre Oliver Ellis, 23, of Toronto, is wanted for First Degree Murder.
He is described as black, 5’9", medium build with black hair.
He is to be considered armed and dangerous.

this douche was wanted since 2009 for violent home invasions. Seeing as they couldnt catch him in the last 2 years, i highly doubt toronto police are capable of catching him now.
