The Oshawa Power lose a tough game on the road in Windsor 127 – 93 to their Central division rivals the Windsor Express.

The Power started off the game very slowly losing the first quarter 29 – 17.

They weren’t able to grab a hold of momentum as the Express took a 19-point lead into half cruising to their 12th win of the year.

Five Power players hit the double figure plateau led by Mark Gomillia’s 20 points, he also added 7 rebounds to his stat line.

Local Durham Region star Papa Oppong continued his strong play with 19 points and 5 rebounds and 4 assists.

Nick Okorie, Chad Gillaspy and Bo Harris were the other Power players in double-figure. Okorie’s 14 points, Gillaspy’s 13 points and Harris’s 12 points once again displayed the Power’s balance scoring.

Chris Commons led the way for the Express with 31 points. Darren Duncan added

6 points and a game-high 16 assists.

The Power will now host the Montreal Jazz on Wednesday February 13th, 2013 with tip off set for 7:00 P.M. EST.
