
The Toronto Maple Leafs announced today that defenceman Petter Granberg has been reassigned to the Toronto Marlies (AHL).
Granberg, 22, has been held pointless in seven games with the Maple Leafs this season. The Gallivare, Sweden native has also played 35 regular season games with the Toronto Marlies, collecting 12 points (one goal, 11 assists) and 20 penalty minutes.
The Maple Leafs return to the ice tomorrow night when they host the Buffalo Sabres at 7 p.m., while the Marlies host the Lehigh Valley Phantoms at 7 p.m. tomorrow.
