It was reported that:
− on Thursday, November 25, 2010, at 8:30 a.m., a woman was walking in the Sheppard Avenue/Magellan Drive area.,
− a man approached the woman and offered her a ride,
− the man drove her to the Downsview subway station,
− he then sexually assaulted the woman.
The suspect was described as having brown skin, 30−50, 5’7", skinny build, dark hair with woven, short dreads
Vicente Reyes Guzman, 53, of Toronto, has now been charged with Sexual Assault.
He is scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West, on January 25, 2011, room 301, at 1 p.m.
