We are now one step away from the Wimbledon 2012 finals, women’s final has scheduled for today.
In first men’s semifinal World number one Novak Djokovic and six-time Wimbledon champion Roger Federer clashed on Wimbledon’s Centre Court on Friday. Roger federer an owner of 16 grand slams has the stunning victory over Novak Djokovic by (6-3, 3-6, 6-4, 6-3) and moved towards his seventh Wimbledon championship. Both had the first encounter on grass and Federer took the advantage very well. Federer was not able to win a Grand Slam since the 2010 Australian while here is a chance to bring back his old memory days.
In second men’s semifinal England only hope Andy Murray outclassed Jo-Wilfried Tsonga by (6-3, 6-4, 3-6, 7-5) in four sets and now he will face Roger Federer in the final. Murray has reached in three Grand Slam finals during his career but never won any. Federer graded as a greatest grass-court player of all time.
Final would be a nerve game, and who ever takes the pressure well will be the winner of the grand slam. Murray will be have big fan support and if he used it as a positive force then he will be rewarded. Federer statistics indicating him the favorite to win his seventh Wimbledon title, but we can not underestimate Murray as he is playing his career best tennis, and he can create new history for his nation.
First of two big matches on weekend the women's final will be played between No. 6 Serena Williams and No. 3 Agnieszka Radwanska at 9 a.m. EST Saturday, July 7, 2012
Williams is looking for her fifth grand slam Wimbledon title, and with her strong aces producing quality she is a very tough competitor for Agnieszka Radwanska. Williams has blasted 85 aces in six matches, Radwanska needs to be very careful to not repeat her unforced error, which she made in her previous matches.
