2nd ODI Match 2012 between New Zealand vs West Indies will be started at Sabina Park, Kingston on 09:30 Local Time (14:30 GMT). Out of 5 ODI match series, the first ODI match was lost by New Zealand by 9 wickets. New Zealand played first and they can make only 190 runs in 50 overs. Then play was stopped due to the rain, according to D/L Method West Indies have to make 136 runs in the 33 overs, and they made it easily in the 24.2 overs.
New Zealand batting side gets failed to make big scores to give West Indies a difficult target to chase, only one batsman scored above 50 and he is BJ Watling, he made 60 runs on 98 balls with the help of five 4’s. Windies easily chased the target with only one wicket loss, they made 136 runs in 24.2 overs, and the batting side of West Indies is that the only batsman who bowled out by KD Mills on zero score.
Now West Indies is looking to get victorious in the 2nd ODI match, to get the lead from New Zealand in this series by 2-0. The Windies squad include: Darren Sammy, Samuel Badree, Dwayne Bravo, Johnson Charles, Fidel Edwards, Chris Gayle, Sunil Narine, Kieron Pollard, Denesh Ramdin, Ravi Rampaul, Marlon Samuels, Lendl Simmons and Dwayne Smith.
On the other hand New Zealand is also trying hard to get the 2nd ODI match and equal the series by 1-1. But they are under pressure due to their player’s injuries. New Zealand team include: Ross Taylor, Trent Boult, Doug Bracewell, Dean Brownlie, Andrew Ellis, Daniel Flynn, Martin Guptill, Tom Latham, Nathan McCullum, Kyle Mills, Tarun Nethula, Rob Nicol, Jacob Oram, Tim Southee, BJ Watling and Kane Williamson.
