On Saturday August 11 2012, the London Olympics 2012 Men’s football Gold Medal match will be played between Brazil and Mexico at the Wembley Stadium in north-west London. Mexico beats Japan 3-1 to qualify for the finals while the men in the Brazil make a clean sweep over South Korea (3-0) to make their way to the championship.
Brazil secures a world rank of 13 has produced great attacking young players that already becomes big superstars. Brazil has excellent attack with Hulk, Neymar, Damiano, Pato and these players will give a lot of troubles to opponents’ defense.
Probable Brazil line-up for match includes Neto, Rafael, Silva, Juan, Marcelo, Sandro, Romulo, Oscar, Hulk, Damiao, Neymar.
Mexico currently ranked as 18 and has formed many strong and talented players along the years. The Tottenham has scored three goals while senior player Oribe Peralta scored two. Hector Herrera's brilliant attack has led to most of Mexico's goals. The Mexican line up likely to play include: Corona-Israel, Reyes, Araujo, Chavez-Enriquez, Salcido-Aquino, Herrera, Fabian-Peralta
Both teams had not won the gold medal in Olympics so both are eager to win the crown. Brazil enter the final as an apparent favorites, but history puts them in doubt as they have fallen twice before reached this stage i.e. in the 1984 and 2008 Olympic Games. Victory this time not only give them a national glory but at the same time that would complete their great collection of championships. Let’s see who will actually enjoy the party.
