On Day 3 of the 4th Ashes test, Australia remained unable to manage the whole of first session as they got all out for 270 with a lead of 32 runs in 1st innings. Stuart Broad claimed five wickets and England’s second innings got off to a shaky start with Ryan Harris picking up early wickets.
However, Ian bell continued with his good form to slam another unbeaten century. Kevin Pietersen was also played well before falling to Nathan Lyon for 44. At close of the day, England were 234 for 5 and a lead of 202 runs with Bell (105*) and Tim Bresnan (4*) unbeaten at the crease.
