Sunday Sweat Series – Academy of Lions

Join us on Sunday, November 6th for a Sweat Session with Academy of Lions.

THE POWER HOUR is a class that combines mindfulness, movement & mobility. The result is a 100% charge-up for the rest of your day.

Part 1: 15 minutes of a mindfulness practice that will focus on breathing, body scanning & tension-clearing

Part 2: Functional Circuit Based workout that is great for everyone from beginner to the more advanced athlete

Part 3: Mobility section that will keep your body loose and strong

This event is BYOM (bring your own mat).
