Hangman Art Gallery is proud to present Synergy, an art jshow with a twist from abstract painter Whitney Taylor and photographer Foster Kjollesdal. The results are photographs depicting images inspired by abstract paintings and abstract paintings reflecting (elements, features, images) inspired by photography. Synergy is a beautiful combination of these artists as they swap pieces then interpret & represent each others work in their own style. For Whitney a career involving art, inspired by many techniques and styles encountered in fine art and commercial art and design, would lead her to painting in abstraction. In Foster a passion of photography amidst years of travel and a variety of courses would allow exploring many areas of fine art and street photography. Synergy is an example of two different artists with open minds exploring new ideas and accepting differences, an inspiration for us and perhaps a timely role model for Torontos civic government.
