Shakespeare’s Beloved Comedy A Midsummer Night’s Dream set at Burning Man
El Camino College Center for the Arts – Campus Theatre (Torrance, CA)

“The course of true love never did run smooth,” and it certainly doesn’t in Shakespeare’s immortal comedy, A Midsummer Night’s Dream. For her production at El Camino College, director Carolyn Almos relocates the action from Athens Greece to Athens California and, from there, to Burning Man, the legendary summer art commune in Nevada.
