Celebrating the Muse: Vox Femina’s 15th Anniversary Concert
Zipper Concert Hall at the Colburn School (Los Angeles, CA)

The renowned all-female, all L.A. choir closes out their 15th season by welcoming feminist singer/songwriter Cris Williamson to the stage. Considered a true ground-breaker, Williamson was among the first independent artists in the music industry and helped establish the “women’s music” genre. She may be best known for her classic “Song of the Soul.” This fabulous retrospective also features songs from Vox Femina’s very first concert, commissioned works from well-known composers and plenty of great guest performers and alumni.
