The Hollywood Fringe Festival gets a hilarious Western twist as the award-winning, globe-trotting comedy-vaudeville group Sound & Fury stages its latest, Doc Faustus. A parody mash-up of most every Western movie ever made and Marlowe’s classic tragedy, Doc Faustus finds this talented trio telling the ol’ tale of a man who sells his soul to the devil — all while slipping in references to everything from Doctor Who to Blade Runner, of course. There’s plenty of audience interaction, too, as these veteran, high-energy entertainers break the fourth wall and ensure that everyone has a hootin’, hollerin’ good time.
