As a founding member and lead singer of the influential British band Yes, Jon Anderson changed the face of progressive rock, co-authoring and adding his distinctive vocals to such hits as “I’ve Seen All Good People,” “Roundabout,” “Owner Of A Lonely Heart,” along with many more cuts from the group’s albums, which have sold more than 50 million worldwide. But the eclectic Anderson has also been a force in New Age and world music. He had a long collaboration with Vangelis, resulting in several discs, and continues to tour, write and release new music, like 2011’s Survival and Other Stories, and his long-form vocal/symphonic piece, entitled Open. Blues guitarist and vocalist Teresa Russell opens the show.
