Celebrate the release of family-oriented musician Melissa Green’s fourth album, Sing Loud! with her at The Pasadena Playhouse. Melissa is a childcare professional who got her start as a musician when she discovered how much she loved singing with the children at the nursery where she worked in New York. Inspired by her students, she began to write her own songs. Now in L.A., she continues to perform write and teach music. Hosted by actress, model and new mom, Molly Sims, this CD release party event features a family rock concert with full band, followed by cookies and lemonade, rock star photo sessions and face painting by little junebugs, a Pasadena children’s boutique and crafting studio. A portion of the proceeds will benefit The Friends of El Faro, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of the children in the “Casa Hogar Sion” orphanage in Tijuana, Mexico.
