Rising pop star Shaun Canon gets the fifth annual Semblanza multicultural festival off to a high-energy start. As Cultural Ambassador for this year’s extravaganza, Canon will light up the stage with Latin musicians and dancers from all over the world. A triple threat as a singer, songwriter and pianist, Canon is an award-winning performer and American Idol Top 40 finalist who’s opened for Brian McKnight and Janelle Monae. He’s currently on a Live for Music tour, benefiting school music and arts programs, and is known for promoting unity in his songs.
