Infidelity, sexuality, race, class and loss are among the themes LaBute examines and skewers here in his uniquely affecting fashion. An award-winning film director, screenwriter and playwright, LaBute’s prior works include In the Company of Men, Your Friends & Neighbors, The Wicker Man and reasons to be pretty, which played on Broadway and was nominated for three Tony Awards. Amanda Weier directs this Open Fist Theatre Co. production.
