The traditional Mexican holiday known as Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) comes to life with a rocking concert, gourmet food trucks, a cash bar, tequila tasting and much more. The High-Strung Ramblers, the Rhythm Shakers and Pachuco Jose y Los Diamantes are all set to take the stage for this colorful celebration, which also includes face painting and a chance to show off your costumes and check out the art exhibits as well. The traditional festivities often find families bringing decorations and feasts to the grave sites of loved ones or into their homes to remember those who’ve passed, and the Museum of Latin American Art honors this tradition with a community altar that all are invited to bring offerings to and enjoy.
