Gown-inspired cakes continue to be a popular trend for weddings and many other events. Students will learn how to take inspiration from a couture gown and create a stunning and unique two-tiered cake. STUDENTS WILL LEARN: -The essential tools required for couture inspired cakes -How to use fondant as fabric to create ruffles, draping, pleating, rouching, sequins and couture embellishment.
