In this informative 3 hour-long class with Executive Vegan Chef and cookbook Author Doug McNish, you will learn skills and techniques needed to make gourmet vegan recipes. Doug will explain the tips and tricks of working with gadgets including a high-powered blender, spiralizer, food processor, immersion blender, dehydrator and more. Recipes including Non-Dairy Creams including Sauces including Savory Nut/Seed Butter Cream, Mayonnaise, Cheese sauce, Sour Cream, Non-Dairy Milks. Dressings and Dips will also be made. Some of the main ingredients that Doug will be using are Nutritional Yeast, Miso, Wheat Free Tamari, and Coconut Amino Acids. You will also learn how to make raw vegan desserts including Whipped Sweet Creams, Gluten Free Raw Dessert Crusts, Raw Cookies, Cakes, and Truffles.
