Launch the Fall season with Executive Chef Joan Monfaredi as she takes you on a guided tour through the Farmers Market followed by lunch at the Park Hyatt Toronto. Begin your morning at 8:30AM with a little Coffee Talk before leaving the hotel at 9:00AM. While exploring the market from a chefs eye you will be selecting items that are locally grown and in season as Chef Joan chooses items for the lunch menu. Return to the hotel and enjoy the new Ontario Wines on our menu paired perfectly with a grazing lunch reception. Items include Brickworks Market Breads with Bruschetta toppings such as Grilled Corn and Avocado, Market Sausages, Blistered Cherry Tomatoes and Marinated Olives. A Braising Lamb Station will feature Procured Lamb marinated in a Chefs Garden Grape and Mint Glaze, while our Summer Harvest Risotto Station will offer Pulled Chicken in Chicken Stock White Wine, Garlic and Shallots. From our Dessert Station guests can enjoy items such as Apple, Walnut and Raisin Crumble, Panacotta with Fresh Raspberries and Chocolate PB & Jam.
