Eccentric Parents Move in With Couple in New Comedy
The Colony Theatre (Burbank, CA)

First comes love. Then comes marriage. Then your parents move in. At least, that’s how it goes for Sidney and Michael, a young married couple trying to start a family of their own in the new comedy Family Planning. Sidney’s parents, Diane and Larry, have been divorced since forever. Larry is a New Age Jewish Buddhist, Diane a narcissistic Auntie Mame wannabe. When they lose their second spouses and most of their finances, this odd couple both decide to move in with their daughter and her husband. Now the four adults have to learn to behave like a functional family — or drive each other crazy.
