Join us as one of Toronto’s chefs, Rudy Boquila prepares his twist on #Kimchi infusing his Filipino heritage and culinary background with host Deborah Peniuk aka @TraveliciousDee & chef/writer, Sang Kim, discussing the relationship of food & culture in his life.
Enjoy a fun filled evening of cultural exchange and understandings of the traditional and non-traditional methods of making Kimchi with Chef Rudy Boquila of LAMESA Filipino Kitchen.
Tickets for hands-on class includes:
Instructions and ingredients to create Chef Rudy’s Kimchi recipe from start to finish. Recipes will be sent to all attendees. There will be table tasting and a small meal paired with the freshly made Kimchi of the night.
Costs for tickets are $35.00 plus HST & Gratuities (18%)
