For “One Short Day,” she’ll shed Elphaba’s green skin, pointy hat and broom to perform a solo set of musical standards and personal favorites at L.A.’s Rockwell Table & Stage. Before flying into her current role as the misunderstood “Wicked Witch of the West,” Hunton starred as Ilse in the Broadway rock musical Spring Awakening and as Natalie in the first national tour of Next to Normal.
