If you were the imagine the greatest double bill of 1970’s rock, one of the combinations you might come up with would be The Who sharing the stage with Heart. That ship sailed a long time ago, but Saint Rocke in Hermosa Beach is putting together a concert that might just come close. The Who Generation recreates the musical and visual style of the original band with great accuracy. They appeared on AXS-TV’S The World Greatest Tribute Bands, and two of the band’s members have performed with The Who’s Roger Daltrey. Heart to Heart recreates the experience of Ann and Nancy Wilson’s band with their flawless sound and harmonies. Their play list stretches from 1975 to 1995, and includes the most sought-after hits like “Barracuda,” “Crazy On You,” “Magic Man” and “These Dreams.”
