With Fight for Love, Rubans Rouges Dance Company melds modern-contemporary dance with multi-media spectacle. You’ll see theatrics, live music, film, spoken word and modern dance, all seamlessly interwoven on stage at the Miles Memorial Playhouse in Santa Monica. The performance features some of the company’s favorite repertory works, plus a brand new 45-minute piece that explores the right to love whom we choose without fear of punishment. Fight for Love also features the talents of guest choreographers like Multiplex Dance director Chad Michael Hall, Paula Present of Ptero Dance Theater and Albertossy Espinoza, who’ll partner with Rubans Rouges’ director Noelle Andressen.
