Held at picturesque Rainbow Lagoon, the Original Long Beach Lobster Festival is a jam-packed day of live entertainment, fun activities and, of course, delicious lobster. All the lobster is flown in nightly from Maine, and will be available, once inside the festival, for additional purchase. In addition to lobster steamed in the world’s largest cooker, lobster rolls, sliders and even lobster-on-a-stick, there’ll be a food court serving up all kinds of tasty eats, plus beer and wine gardens, arts-and-crafts booths, and live music, including everything from ragtime and salsa to ’80s and Motown tributes. And there’s plenty for the kids to do, too: storytellers, magicians, inflatable bounces and more.
