PIGSTOCK celebrates the mangalitsa pig, a unique heritage breed that grows a thick wooly coat similar to that of a sheep. This furry little creature is celebrated the world over for it’s juicy, strong flavour.

During the day, come learn from local farmers raising heritage breeds, including Perth Pork and Sonrisa Farms, hear from award winning butchers from near and far, participate in charcuterie demonstrations and of course, dig into some seriously delicious mangalitsa eats. Workshops will be taught by Christoph & Isabel Wiesner, Austrian Mangalitza breeders and seam butchery experts.

Come night, enjoy a massive Mangalitsa fueled Choucroute with locally crafted beers and wines from MacKinnon Brothers Brewing, Norm Hardie Wines and Thirty Bench Vineyards.

Presented in partnership by Feast ON and The Evergreen Brick Works, PIGSTOCK is a means to inspire, educate and connect eaters and industry alike with unique, locally raised pork.
