Robert De Niro trys the food business

Robert De Niro is venturing into the food industry, following the lead of fellow Oscar winner Paul Newman, by diversifying from movies into meatballs.

Having established a culinary empire of 5 hotels and nearly 50 restaurants, which includes the renowned Tribeca Grill and multiple locations of Nobu, Robert has established himself as a force in the culinary world.

He now plans to expand his empire to grocery shelves, with a line of products based on his successful restaurants. These products will include items such as soy sauce from Nobu, pasta sauce from his previously operating Ago in Los Angeles, and the spaetzle from Tribeca Grill, all available at local supermarkets.

It remains to be seen whether De Niro’s image will be featured on the packaging.
