Tommy Chong, 76, is delighted with California’s liberal marijuanalaws because he spent nine months in prison for distributing drug paraphernalia (bongs) back in 2003. A former hippie, he remains an activist and wore an old t shirt to dance practice that says “I am not a criminal – end marijuana prohibition.” Do you suppose he smokes before he competes on Dancing with the Stars?
