Readers may recall that Abhishek Bachchan made his debut in the year 2000 with Refugee, which had ‘another debutante’ in the form of Kareena Kapoor, who played his leading lady. The year 2016 proved to be great for Abhishek Bachchan with his film Housefull 3 turning out to be a blockbuster at the Box-Office.
The social media-friendly Abhishek Bachchan, today let his nostalgia do the talking when he posted his first photoshoot for Refugee in which he is seen holding a gun, besides ‘standing tall’. By his own admission, Abhishek Bachchan said that he was extremely petrified about the shoot.
Abhishek Bachchan captioned the photograph stating, “#throwbackthursday. Photo shoot for my 1st film Refugee. Remember being petrified about this shoot. Have always hated photoshoots, being a motion picture actor have always found it very difficult to be still and literally freeze (although one might argue that that’s pretty much all I do in my films…. Freeze! Shooting a publicity/promotional still is always easier than shooting normal photographs as you get to be in character and pose like the character would. It’s the magazine shoots which give me sleepless nights. Have the up most admiration for actors and models who are so proficient in it. Must work on this and improve.”
