After the untimely death of the veteran actor Vinod Khanna, Bollywood was indeed in a state of shock. Seeing the ‘poor turnout’ by the ‘Gen-Next’ stars at the late actor’s funeral, Rishi Kapoor was angry as hell. Like always, this time too, he took resort to the social media and gave his piece of mind whereby he blasted the younger stars for not attending Vinod Khanna’s funeral. He took to the social media and wrote “Shameful. Not ONE actor of this generation attended Vinod Khanna’s funeral. And that too he has worked with them. Must learn to respect.”
Readers may recall that, the anger level of Rishi Kapoor was so intense that he unleashed all his emotions on the social media. He wrote, “Why this? Including mine and thereafter. When I die, I must be prepared. None will shoulder me. Very very angry with today’s so called stars.”
However, seeing the support that the film fraternity showed towards the family of the late Vinod Khanna at his prayer meet, Rishi Kapoor just could not control his emotions. Again, he took to the social media and wrote, “Thank you my film brethren for your solidarity shown towards the Khanna family. Hum mein ab bhi insaniyat baaki hai. Love you all.”
No sooner Rishi Kapoor posted the ‘love-ly message on the social media, he was appreciated by everyone for speaking his mind about the stars of the present generation.
