Chak De India actress Sagarika Ghatge took to social media to announce about her engagement to popular Indian cricketer Zaheer Khan. While the proposal was low key, the celebrity duo decided to celebrate their special day with their friends and hence hosted a bash to rejoice their reunion.
Sagarika Ghatge and Zaheer Khan had an engagement ceremony held in Mumbai on Tuesday evening and the glittery night saw a bevy of celebs from the cricket and Bollywood world. Yet another cricket-Bollywood, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma walked hand in hand for the same ceremony. Other celebs included Sachin Tendulkar with wife Anjali, Bobby Deol, Yuvraj Singh, Raveena Tandon, Akash Ambani, Sagarika’s Chak De India co-star Vidya Malvade among others.
Sagarika Ghatge was seen in a pretty off shoulder Monisha Jaisingh gown, statement earrings as she was proudly flaunting her diamond ring. Accompanying her was the soon-to-be groom Zaheer Khan who dressed up suave in a suit.
While there have been many speculations about their relationship, Zaheer Khan and Sagarika Ghatge’s relationship came under scrutiny when the duo were seen having a gala time at the Yuvraj Singh – Hazel Keech wedding.
