When Shah Rukh Khan serenaded Archie Panjabi with 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hain' -1

Shah Rukh Khan is arguably the most popular actor in India but has a huge following abroad as well. The King Khan’s personality is loved by everyone but little did the fans know that he had a fan in British actress Archie Panjabi.

Archie Panjabi, who is best known for playing Kalinda Sharma on Hollywood TV series The Good Wife, looks up to Shah Rukh Khan. The actress was in India to attend and host Vogue Women of the Year 2017 awards where her Bollywood dream came true.

Archie Panjabi said, “Most of you probably don’t know this, but I grew up in Mumbai. I have such vivid memories of this city from my childhood and I am so happy to be back!”

When SRK was awarded Vogue Entertainer of the Decade award, the actor came on stage and said a few lines from his film and complimented her. While Archie could not stop blushing, he serenaded her with ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hain’. Archie was absolutely in a fangirl mode when SRK came to hug her.

Archie Panjabi even shared a photograph reminiscing about her time with Shah Rukh Khan on stage like a true fangirl. She captioned it as, “Precious moment #VogueWomenOfTheYearAwards @VOGUEIndia was meeting @iamsrk who inspires me across the globe with his class, wit and humility.”

To this, Shah Rukh Khan responded, “It was really so wonderful to meet you too. The pleasure is all mine.”
