After his action packed outing in the film Satyameva Jayate, John Abraham has already commenced work on his next Batla House. While the shoot of the film is currently underway, the actor took to his micro blogging handle sharing an image from the sets. Posting the image, John Abraham claimed that they have shed actual blood for the film.

Tagging director Milap Zaveri in the post, John shared an image posing along with Nikhil Advani wherein he displays his hurt finger. Captioning the post Abraham added, “बाटला हाउस के लिये हम अपना ख़ून तक बहा चुके… What say @zmilap”.

While we have to commend the dedication the trio of John, Nikhil and Milap have for their films, Batla House seems to be shaping up well. For the uninitiated, Batla House is inspired by the real life incidents that transpired during Operation Batla House. Essaying the role of cop Sanjay Kumar Yadav, the encounter happened between the Indian police officials who killed Indian Mujahideen terrorists residing in Delhi. But the aftermath of this encounter saw uproar when certain reports claimed that the cops were accused of a fake encounter and killing innocents in the process.

Even though the film is based on a controversial topic, Nikkhil Advani had earlier mentioned that they would maintain a subjective point of view whilst making this film. Written by Ritesh Shah, the film is being readied for release on August 15, 2019. If reports are to be believed, Mrunal Thakur, who will be soon seen with Hrithik Roshan in Super 30, will be seen as the leading lady in the film.
