Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Amidst writers and producers accusing each other of plagiarism and copyright issues, Milan Luthria seems to have accepted the fact that the script of his next film has striking resemblance with Yash Rah film Fan. The filmmaker, who too is surprised by the co-incidence, has now decided to scrap the film.
Milan Luthria who had already started working on the next stage after scripting had to face the setback after one of his employees informed him that the script of their next bears an uncanny resemblance to the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Fan. The script of Milan Luthria was in advance stages since they had started work on it two months back and the film was all set to go on floor in February 2015. In fact, rumours had it that Arjun Kapoor too was playing the lead but Milan had never made a formal announcement on the cast. However, now, the film will not be made and Milan will start work on a different film in a couple of months.
Also, there were speculations that Milan Luthria will be launching Vinod Khanna's son youngest son Sakshi Khanna next year but the filmmaker claims that he hasn't finalized the project yet.
