While the recent National Awards brought in good news for the entire Bollywood fraternity, it has also stirred a controversy. Many have expressed their disappointment over the way glitz and glamour of Bollywood ruled the award season while regional and art cinema weren't given the honour they deserved.
Taking the topic as a cue, Amul recently unveiled its new poster ad about regional and art cinema taking a back seat at National Awards. Claiming how 'Bollywooed the Jury', the ad features caricatures of the major award winners, Prabhas in Bahubali (Best Film), Kangna Ranaut in Tanu Weds Manu Returns (Best Actress), Amitabh Bachchan in Piku (Best Actor) and Sanjay Leela Bhansali for Bajirao Mastani (Best Director) along with the Amul mascot.
