The team of Phantom’s first Gujarati venture, Wrong Side Raju has been enjoying its promotions to the fullest.
It is for the first time, that a Gujarati film will have a global release and the move proves to be a benchmark for regional films who often struggle for screen numbers to showcase their work.
Wrong Side Raju last night had a press show which was attended by the film’s producers: Vikramaditya Motwane , Vikas Bahl , Madhu Manteena.
In the trailer an inspector hilariously questions what would you call a selfie in Gujarati ? A potyu! Well that is certainly what the team has been doing! Taking Potyu’s urf Selfies with the producers and with the actors present for the screening.
Wrong side Raju is a thriller drama Gujarati film based on a hit and run case. The story of the film is inspired from 2013 BMW hit and run case of Vismay Shah in Ahmedabad.
The film’s trailer has received an overwhelming response, with it’s song Satrangi Re, Arijit Singh’s first Gujarati track, has become a rage.
The song has become the first Gujarati song to cross the 1 million mark in merely 2 weeks.
Cineman Productions and Phantom presents Wrong side Raju, directed by Mikhil Musale, the film is all set to release on September 9th, 2016.
