The Toronto Police Service requests the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Carlos Gaspar, 45, was last seen on Thursday, February 13, 2020, at 9 p.m., in the College Street and Ossington Avenue area.
He is described as 5’10”, 180 lbs., with shaved brown hair. His clothing description is unknown at this time.
Police are concerned for his safety.
