Charles Silliker arrested for Indecent Act in Toronto
The Toronto Police Service is updating the public on a Criminal Harassment and Indecent Act investigation.
On Wednesday, March 22, 2023, police attended a call for an Indecent Exposure in the Dundas Street East/Woodfield Road area.
It is reported that:
- on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at 11:07 a.m., three girls ages 13 to14 years-old were walking home for lunch
- a man started following the girls to their home
- the man approached the home, and began to look through the window while committing an Indecent Act
On Wednesday, March 29, 2023, Charles Silliker, 45, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:
- three counts of Criminal Harassment
- committing an Indecent Act
He was scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at 10 am, at Ontario Court of Justice Toronto, 10 Armoury Street, in courtroom 205.
