Toronto man Nardeo Samlall charged with indecent act

On Monday, September 3, 2013, at approximately 1:35 p.m., police responded to the Kennedy subway station for a report of an indecent exposure. 

It is alleged that:

– a man approached a group of females standing on the bus platform

– he brushed up against the group, then sat down at a bench behind the group and committed an indecent act

– the man subsequently approached a second group of females and brushed himself against them 

– a woman called police and continually observed the man until he was located and arrested by police

Nardeo Samlall, 47, of Toronto has been charged with:

1. Indecent Act
2. Fail to Comply with Probation

He appeared in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East on Wednesday, September 4, 2013, at 10 a.m., courtroom 412.

Investigators are asking the other females involved in this incident to contact police. Police believe there may be other victims.

Nardeo Samlall is described as brown, 6′, 200 lbs., with dyed blonde, straggly hair and a salt-and-pepper beard. He was wearing a #55 Toronto Maple Leafs jersey, white shorts and white shoes.
