Shreyaa Chawla to represent Canada at Miss India Worldwide

Shreyaa Chawla was selected from the auditions held at Courtyard By Marriott on Feb 4th, 2012.

Shreyaa Chawla is 20 year old and is  Realtor & Manager for Homelife Diamonds Realty INC. 

Her motto: Never let your fears come in the way of your dreams, Her Hobbies are Meeting new people, dancing, and living life to its fullest

 

MISS INDIA WORLDWIDE CANADA is affiliated with Miss India Worldwide of Mr. Dharmatma Saran, New York. It is Canada’s number one cultural pageant ever produced. The first annual pageant was remarkably orchestrated in the most professional and creative way, which left a bold and confident mark only to be surcombed by the second and third year. The pageant’s popularity increases each year by many readers and viewers who are exposed by the immense media coverage, across Canada and worldwide.

In its 7th year, the pageant features contestants from all over Canada, promoting talent true to the South Asian & Canadian culture. The pageant offers unique opportunities in the entertainment industry and self rewarding experiences for young women.

The pageant is usually conducted in four segments featuring Indian wear, Evening wear, Talent and Question and Answer period. The winner represents Canada in the world finals Miss India Worldwide Pageant, in Suriname Feb 25th. 2012

In the past years, our past winners have competed – Simran Singh landed in the top 10 in January 2005 and Nital Gosai also came through to top 10 while being crowned as Miss Congeniality in January 2006. Sapna Sehravat, represented Canada, placed 2nd Runner-Up and Miss Best Talent from 18 other countries in New Jersey,U.S. on April 8th. To top if off, former MIWC 2007-8, Uppekha Jain,had placed 1st Runner-Up and Best Smile from 18 countries, held in South Africa on Feb 28th 2008, Minu Jose represented Canada in Dubai in the world finals.

Shreyaa Chawla will  represent Canada in the world finals Miss India Worldwide Pageant, in Surinam Feb 25th 2012, We wish her All the very best!
