250 gm chicken pieces.
250 gm curd
125 gm green coriander, paste
1 tsp green Chilli, paste
1 tbsp almonds & Cashew, grounded
4 tsp oil
2 tbsp onion & garlic paste
salt to taste
jayphal a pinch
Marinate the chicken pieces with curd, green coriander and green chilli paste, grounded cashew and almonds.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry the onion and garlic paste till it is golden brown.
Then add the chicken pieces and fry and then add the marinate and cook further.
Add salt to taste and a pinch of jayphal.
Sabz Murg is ready.
