1 cup rawa
1 cup sugar
1 cup curd
½ cup coconut scraped
½ cup ghee
1 tsp baking powder
First beat the egg properly.
Then mix the coconut and rawa properly.
Add the sugar to the ghee and mix it well till it gets dissolved.
Now add curd to the coconut and rawa mixture. Mix it well.
Then add all the ingredients to the beaten egg and mix well.
Keep it for 10 min before pouring it in the baking pan.
Pre heat the oven for 15 min at 150oC.
Then grease the baking pan well by applying ghee or butter. Then pour the mixture.
Bake the cake at 200ºC till it becomes golden in colour.
