Dhai Baigan Mix Recipe

Dhai Baigan Mix 


2 small eggplants

2 teacups fresh curds

2 green chillies, chopped

salt to taste

For decoration

Chopped coriander


Grill the eggplant on the gas until it becomes soft, Peel, wash and mash.

Put the curds, green chillies and salt. And keep in the refrigerator.

Sprinkle coriander on top.

Ready to serve cold.
