Aloe Vera and Spare Rib Soup  

Ingredients:

300g spare ribs, cut into pieces

200g aloe vera, removed skin and cut into chunks

1 carrot, peeled and cut into chunks

1 green apple, cored and cut into chunks

2 liter water

Salt to taste

Directions:

Blanch spare ribs in boiling water for 5 minutes. Dish up, clean and drain well.

Put all ingredients into a stock pot and bring to boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 1 ½ hours. Add salt to taste. Serve hot.
